I'm sad to hear that my former colleague, dear Raffaella, suddenly passed away. She was full of energy and only wanted good for the people of Afghanistan, especially women and girls. She will be missed.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our former Head of Delegation, @RaffaellaIodic2.
She was a true friend of Afghanistan, a champion of women & girls, and a beloved colleague to many.
Our delegation is in deep shock & mourning
