My all-time favorite Venn diagram 😆

You don’t need to be the smartest one in the room or the hardest worker on the team to prove your value. You just have to be more thoughtful than those who work harder and more dependable than those who think harder. We put our trust in people who are reliable and reflective.

When people go out of their way to help you, you don't have to say "I owe you one." Generosity is not a loan to repay or a debt to settle. It's a gift to appreciate. You reciprocate a favor by paying it back. You honor an act of kindness by paying it forward.
