President Trump gaggled with press before leaving for his rally in Kansas, where he’s stumping for Sen. Roger Marshall. It’s an unexpectedly competitive race with Democrat Adam Hamilton very close to Marshall in polling. Here’s why POTUS says he’s visiting the state, “my rallies are having a huge impact and a positive impact on the Republican Party. I'm going to Kansas because I won it by a lot. And the great senator, and he's a great senator, Roger Marshall. He's one of the best senators. I think he's tied or up by a little bit, according to polls. Look, the polls are fake. But according to both. So I want to make sure Roger Marshall gets in."
