*Update* @TheAA_UK have admitted fault of such a horrendous service although they think it’s acceptable to compensate me only £200! This doesn’t even cover what I paid them let alone compensate me! Disgusting way to treat customers. Membership cancelled - Do not use

Just got in a taxi for a 2 hour journey home after waiting 10.5 hours @welcomebreak all because @TheAA_UK we’re incapable of delivering a service they promised and had the audacity to charge me £250 for it! #aa #terrible #NeverAgain

And we’re still here @welcomebreak waiting for @TheAA_UK ....now being told we have to wait till 11pm! 9 hours and counting to tow us with our baby and child!! You quote “number 1 service in the UK” - I think you need to consider rebranding #Badservice

Another epic fail with little help from @TheAA_UK break down at Bristol services 2 hrs away from home or our holiday destination. We pay you over £250 to get us home and we’re still waiting here 7 hours on with 2 small children! Should’ve gone with someone else #unhappycustomer

Creating cakes for these 12 crazy couples was one of the funnest things we’ve worked on! Catch the show tonight at 7.25pm @BBCOne @WDWinners

What a lovely way to start the New Year with seeing our cake on @BBCOne - brand new series of @WDWinners Sat 6th #weddingcake #2018goals
