Today, we have asked the upper management at Index Media to voluntarily recognize our union.

NLRB cited the Northwestern Football decision in this determination. NLRB didn't allow Northwestern players to unionize because as the only private school in the B1G, having one team be union "would not promote stability in labor relations." Not a problem for the Ivy League.
