The "Graveyard of the Pacific" is as dangerous to the infrastructure on its shores as it is to the mariners in its waters. As a result, we’re working to rescue U.S. Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment from suffocating sediment, collapsing cliffs, and decaying docks.
