I appreciate the interviewer here *trying* to explain that faction identity =/= faction *war*, but...
It really sucks that they don't seem to get that the occasional side mention in an otherwise identical story doesn't evoke the core faction story of Warcraft.
We also have fewer race/class dialogue options than ever before. You'd never know that your PC is a blood elf going through Midnight, because basically nobody ever comments on it lol
I dunno. Snarky remarks from a few guards just don't make for a unique faction experience to me.
Maybe we're just forever cursed to live in the shadow of BfA and the damage that damned expansion did to the perception of faction identity lmao. I hope we can move on as a collective consciousness some day, but not now I guess.

I already love this login screen so much, absolute vibeshift with Anya looking incredible in the background.
I like that fighting in the sewers is triggering some of his memory, and god what a sad way to see Landen go out again, not even remembered.
I will be keeping that shield on Garek the rest of the campaign if I can lol
