Ever been so broke that you longed for things? Then money finally comes & you don’t even want them anymore or you select the need and leave the want!
That’s not random. That’s called learning VALUE. That’s maturity!

The phrase “Can I help you”, can be very helpful, welcoming and a brings a sense of care yet at the same time can be a dangerous phrase to say to someone who has been on hold on a call for over 15min or someone having to explain their complain to a third person.
Imagine everyone at work is cheering your work success yet your direct Manager doesn’t give you the same energy, in fact he/she seem threatened. Here is an approach you can use.
Say,"I want to make sure we are working well together, is there anything I can be doing differently?"
Interestingly sadly, some kids were passed on from their Mother as a baby to be raised on grandparents pension and then taken back after High School. Today they praise and acknowledge their mothers instead of the grand parents.

As a Man your next step is to get your responsibilities in control.
The most dangerous person is a lonely, unguided, broke young Man!
Remedy:
*Encourage young people to form friendship
*1 on 1 conversations. Ask them deep questions
*Instill work ethics by letting them have responsibilities. E.g. make up your bed, clean dishes, clean the yard etc
