He’s willing to accept that it’s Maxey’s team because Maxey is a good teammate, unlike Jayson Tatum.
Jaylen Brown says the 76ers are Tyrese Maxey’s team
“Maxey’s been leading the way, 100%. He’s been here, this is his team. Him and Joel have been here for a while, so the mindset has been to compliment those guys. I’m finding my footing, but Maxey’s been leading the way for sure.”

Yaxel Lendeborg on his matchup with Cam Boozer:
“Yeah, he played a great game today. We both were on the bad end with the turnovers, but I mean, we both ended up with our first double-doubles, I think. I don’t know if he had one last game or not, but first career double-doubles for both of us. It was a fun matchup. Didn’t really get to guard each other much. I remember he took advantage of his matchup when I was on him. Did a great job. I mean, props to him… I always want to have a good game against anybody in my draft class or try to outperform them. Today I didn’t, but I mean, every game I’m going definitely try to take that personally, try to win my matchup and ultimately just win the game for the team, which I didn’t do both today, but I will next time.”
