He threw the first no hitter in Rockies history in April, started the All Star Game for the National League in July, and looked like a lock to be Colorado's first 20 game winner. He finished 19 and 8. Nobody in Rockies history has won more in a season, and 34 seasons in, the franchise still hasn't had a 20 game winner.
