We have been composing themes and stings for @CBCNews since 2009. Our latest project is the sonic branding for CBC Indigenous. A 5-second musical sting designed to make an impact in just a few seconds. Purposeful. Distinctive. Unmistakably CBC. Original music by Steve D’Angelo

Working on Superbuns was an absolute joy from start to finish. The characters were irresistibly cute, the animation had that timeless, classic charm, and the world gave us so much room to play musically.

Scoring this flashback scene for Rocket Monkeys was a great reminder of how fluid composing for children’s media needs to be. #FilmScoring #Animation #RocketMonkeys #Composing #BehindTheScenes

🏆 Work It Out Wombats! wins Best Podcast at the 2026 Kidscreen Awards! 🎧✨ Huge congrats — so well deserved! We at Pop Sound collaborated with the score and original songs. 🎶 Play it for your kids! Available on all major podcast platforms.

We scored an epic pirate-themed scene in Lego City No Limits! — and let’s just say… it felt like home. The music swashes and buckles with vibes inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean — big brass, rolling drums, and enough adventure to make a plastic minifig walk the plank. 🏝️⚓

From the very first notes, we wanted the theme to feel like the moment playtime begins — joyful, bouncy, and instantly singable. As Dylan’s imagination transforms the meadow into everything from a hotel to a space station, the music transforms too. 🚀🌼🎹

Remember the first time you rode your bike without training wheels—and felt like a total superhero? 🦸‍♂️🚲 Scoring Work It Out Wombats! is always a blast, especially when we get to bring out the magical kazoo and go all-in on epic superhero vibes. 🎶✨ @PBSKIDS @GBH
