Here's a tool that shows ER wait times at reporting sites. This is based on real data from AHS without any approximations.
As always, first contact 911 in the event of an emergency. This tool is for information only.

This is a lot of hospitals closed for a province with no healthcare worker shortage...

While our goal is to have as many leaders around the table, higher ranking representatives will take precidence as we have to make sure this meeting does not exceed 90 minutes.

We don’t need an expert to know that when there’s one cashier open at Tim Hortons and you offer to pay to jump the line, there’s still a line.
Albertans vehemently reject Adriana’s late-stage capitalist ideas that she’s grossly pitching as “new era”.

Experts agree: dual-practice is a win for Canada’s health care system.
Our province is taking bold steps to fix what’s broken and deliver timely, high quality care for Albertans, when and where they need it.
In a new era of health care, we’re preserving universal access while adding choice through innovation.

Board: but we should look into it
Govt: you're fired
Public: we should look into it

AB’s HC system is currently the most toxic and dysfunctional HC system one could possibly create…
Skilled and experienced HC leaders are avoiding us like the plague… (something that may possibly recur in AB w our govt’s stance on vaccines)

It's been over 8 months since govt fired the AHS CEO and the entire AHS Board... ostensibly to make things better, and to give govt more direct control over the HC system.
An acting CEO and no Board, and things are demonstably worse on all acute care fronts.
