New forensic work goes much further: 313.516 ETH in net tax-processor distributions, 306.997 ETH into Relay, and five August sales totaling 8.05M PRISM by beneficiary-funded wallets. The sale proceeds were 189.98 USDe plus 0.5666 ETH. We cannot prove the founder controlled the selling wallets, nor explain all downstream business spending.
