All systems go for the annual Christmas concert. Good luck to all of our fantastic musicians this evening.
A reminder to Year 11 students that school is open from 8.30am tomorrow for GCSE results. Good luck everyone!
A reminder that our Year 13 students can collect their A Level results in school from 8am tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed for all our students receiving results tomorrow. @PeleTrustCEO
A fantastic end to our community project; organising a sports day for local children. What a backdrop and a fitting end to 5 days at Tampat Do Aman. Thanks to Howard and family for looking after us.
We’ve survived the jungle! Two nights in hammocks in uncomfortable heat was character building in the extreme! Students did incredibly well and managed self-sufficiency for 3 days. Now for the beach!
Community project complete with wildlife reserve fence erected to protect endangered animals including Sunda Pangolin. Incredibly, as rich reward we found one that very night in another location! Incredible.
Fence building continues apace in the forests of North Borneo. Students working incredibly hard in tough conditions. Team Pont impressing the locals! @PeleTrustCEO
Sun bears and Snakes for Pont high today in Sepilok. Heading on to Kudat tomorrow for our community initiative, building perimeter fences for wildlife enclosures. 9 hours on the road first!
Team Ponteland took in a night walk in the deep forests at Sepilok this evening. We were rewarded with amazing mammals such as Western Tarsier and Philippines Slow Loris. Fantastic stuff!
An amazing day with the Orang Utangs of Sepilok. Down time in the pool before a rainforest night safari looking for rare primates. @PeleTrustCEO
We’ve safely arrived in Borneo following a night in Kuala Lumpur. Students tired but happy as we embrace the forest at Sepilok. 🦧 tomorrow hopefully! @PeleTrustCEO

Yesterday, a group of Yr12 students had an excellent visit to the School of Education at Durham University. The day was focused on Primary Education and students took part in a mock interview.
