I would agree with Max. Atypical to transfer LH+5..but take a look at this study by Bartels RBMO 2019 doi.org/10.1016/j.rbmo.2019.…
The implantation window seems to be wider for most patients...but you may catch the peak 1 day later & sometimes LH+5 may be ok
ALT Group 2: two LH values detected at or above 20 IU/l, e.g. point A+B detected on consecutive days, or point A+C detected on consecutive days. Blastocyst was transferred 6 days after point A ( which actually means 5 days after point B or C...which is also a peak)....and pregnancy rates were good
