We just filled up our boat at a marina on Lake Lanier, Georgia and it was $5.99/gallon. As a little girl, I grew up going to my grandparents house on Lake Sinclair where I was born in Milledgeville, GA and at my parents house on Lake Lanier where I’m from and live again in Cumming, GA and we’ve had boats for decades. I’ve paid for gas at marinas many many times for over 35 years, ever since I was a teenager in the late 80’s and early 90’s. $5.99 is ridiculous!!! Thanks a lot Trump. πŸ‘Ž What happened to drill baby drill and gas under $2???

Since the market low in 1981--almost a half century ago--the market valuation rose 4% annualized. There is no argument that I have seen to explain why it should besides just going from cheap as hell to expensive as fuck. What happens if the next half century it compounds –4% per year to get cheap as hell again? Oh, that would never happen, right?
