Traffic Alert:
Ponderosa Drive will be closed between Burchfield Road and Sapling St. for road work. Alternate route is Dressel Road to Fernledge Drive.
NO emergency Vehicle access.
The road will be open for afternoon school bus routes.

Parker St is closed near 445 Parker St. because of a downed pole and wires. Use an alternate route.

Tree down 1800 Block of Mt Royal just north of the Shaler North Hills Library. Southbound traffic is restricted.
Cooling Center Available in Shaler Township:
Today through Friday at 5pm, the Shaler North Hills Library 1822 Mt Royal Blvd Glenshaw PA 15116, will be open with their normal hours and can be used as a Cooling Center for area residents.

Traffic Alert:
Monday August 31st. 7am to 6pm, Burchfield Road will have a single lane restriction near Manuel Drive for storm inlet repair on Manuel Drive. Police and flaggers will be controlling traffic. Use caution in the area and expect minor delays.
Monday August 31 through Wednesday September 2nd, Herron Lane will be closed for milling and paving to restore the People’s gas line work. Residents and emergency vehicles will have access , but no thru traffic permitted.
Traffic Alert:
Anderson Road is closed at 1211, between Lone Oak and DeAngelo Drive, due to a tree down. Allegheny County Maintenance has been notified.
Road Closure:
Wetzel Road is closed between Mt Royal Blvd and Vollmer Drive to to a crash involving a downed utility pole and wires. There is a power outage in the vicinity.
Use an alternate route.
Road Closed:
Wible Run Road is closed between Paul Schweiger Way (High School entrance) and lower Marzolf Rd. A tree is down just below the High School entrance.
The contractor will begin restoration for the Peoples Gas project on Glenshaw Ave and Butler Plank Rd between Glenshaw Ave and Charles St today (Wednesday)through Saturday from 7am to 5pm. They will be milling and paving the roadway. Expect delays and consider alternate routes.
Traffic Alert: Update: 10pm
Little Pine Creek Road and Wetzel Rd between Little Pine Creek and Wible Run remained closed due to downed trees and wires. The fireworks just ended traffic patterns are all affected. Please be patient as police and fire police work to direct traffic.

Wible Run Road is closed between lower Marzolf Road and Paul Schweiger Way (Shaler Area High School entrance) due to a downed tree. Allegheny County Maintenance was notified and will respond after 7:00 am.
