I honestly believe they think poor people like this more chaotic stuff and that rich people like the sleek, luxurious, clean look. And that it's this thought process that's ultimately driving these decisions across the resort.
Seriously, was there an executive, an event, or report at Disney Parks that caused Disney to shun detailed, unique, themed retail and resort environments and copy midlevel, mundane design conventions? So many great places replaced with the ordinary. @WaltDisneyCo
