Such disappointing service from @raymourflanigan No one picks up or returns calls at repair center. Local showroom keeps changing delivery dates. Absolutely terrible. Please avoid this retailer.

So @EWRairport was a total cluster yesterday. @united cancelled my flight after hours of boarding the plane, waiting on tarmac, exiting the plane, waiting, re-boarding, waiting, exiting, and more waiting. Now they don't know where my checked luggage is.

Finally got a response from @Macys twitter team which was utterly useless. I wasted my time DMing them. An old fashioned call to their telephone customer service team got results.

I contacted @Chewy last week to see if I could return an unopened bag of my dog’s food after he died. They 1) gave me a full refund, 2) told me to donate the food to the shelter, and 3) had flowers delivered today with the gift note signed by the person I talked to?? 😭🥹
