ive been trading crypto for 4 years of my life now, have made life changing money, and sold most of it in late 2024 and early 2025 not because i stopped believing in the industry, because i fully believe in it, but mostly to protect me from myself my current rhythm is making 1 big trade every 3–6 months, and spending the next few months giving a lot of it back, chasing that same dopamine and euphoric feeling taking that money out into my real life gave me the chance to slow down and actually protect my future i had done enough zero to hero trades to understand that making it out means nothing if you keep putting yourself in a position to lose it all at some point, you have to know when to take your chips off the table and seal them away forever and the beautiful thing is, there are so many other ways to align yourself with the upside of this industry, whether that's through content, real work with emerging brands, or simply being a participant in other ways you don't have to be clicking buttons every day to win making money is one skill, keeping it is another, and from my experience, the more important of the two build the right systems no matter where you are in your journey, so when the time comes, you're ready to execute because the goal was never just to make life changing money it was to actually change your life
