As the AI is still in its optimization phase, some answers may not yet be fully accurate but we will continue to improve the system over time to provide the best possible experience. When needed, you may switch to human assistance during customer service working hours by clicking the “Switch to Human Assistance” option. Outside of working hours, you may leave a message, and our team will respond promptly once available. 📍 Improved Usability and Efficiency The interface has been streamlined for a smoother experience, and internal processes have been optimized to ensure your inquiries are handled more quickly.  For complex technical matters, our experts will be notified immediately, allowing us to deliver in-depth solutions without delay. 🟢 Optimization of the L1 Node Penalty Ratio Mechanism To create a fairer and more balanced network environment, we have optimized the penalty ratio mechanism for L1 nodes. Over the past year of testing, we noticed that the original cumulative penalty system placed an excessive burden on long-term participants. In some cases, the penalty ratio grew too high, leading to severe consequences even for brief or occasional disconnections. To resolve this, we have reset the cumulative penalty ratio for all L1 nodes as of today. The penalty ratio for every node is now set back to 0% and will begin recounting from there. Looking ahead, this "penalty ratio reset" will become a regular procedure, ensuring fairness and sustainability over the long term. We believe this update will create a more equitable environment for all L1 node operators, especially our loyal long-term contributors. Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment.
