So lucky to live somewhere I can swim and walk on a sunny evening. Fortunately the joy was marred by a sewage slick off Plymouth Hoe as well as 3 areas of the waterfront where the drains were stinking. Come on @SouthWestWater and @plymouthcc This is not good enough.
