Busted out a new constraint for my son’s 9U team who are entering the kid pitch world. Throw it as hard as you can through the ring. Don’t sacrifice intent. Don’t worry about where it goes after it goes through the ring. Strike percentage:📈

Talked to a potential MLB Draft pick today. I asked how he was doing.
“Feels like I haven’t slept in days.”
I told him—try to enjoy it.
Whether you’re a draft pick, a college arm, or a kid playing with your buddies…
Don’t forget why you started.
