I got up and left. Never went back to that casino. Maybe the dealer was technically right, but I still feel like it could’ve been handled way better. Felt like shit leaving there, especially since it was my first time playing live cash.

Nobody at the table said anything. The guy who won just said “sorry.” Everyone seemed to know each other and I was new. I get that I’m supposed to show both cards, but why not just tell me to show my other card BEFORE pushing the pot? I would’ve flipped it over immediately.

Dealer says he wins because I only showed one card and had to show both. I immediately flip over the Ace, but the dealer had already pushed the pot to him and the cards were getting mixed up. I was fucking confused.
