To be fair @citibank did resolve my problem quickly after this tweet. Just hoping for a smoother experience going forward.
My new @Citibank AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard is pretty much useless. Every other charge seems to trigger a fraud alert that requires me to wait 7-10 days for a verification letter to be sent by snail mail. So frustrating. I need a card that I can trust will work, especially when traveling internationally.

🚨 90+ days and still no claim payment from @TrawickIntl! Paid for coverage, filed correctly, still getting the runaround. They outsource to @MySureGo – equally non-responsive. Travelers beware.
