I believe that a verifiable ID blockchain ledger voting system which is: transparent, permanent, fool-proof, and decentralized can save American democracy and restore faith in the election process. Tell me why this is not the best solution and why we are not doing it!

I've had this article in my back pocket for more than 4 years🧐.
SBI CEO, representing the largest outside shareholder of @Ripple, was interviewed Feb 2019. He stated he thought #XRP would become the #1 crypto-asset among all & they were moving towards that goal.
With the new-found legal clarity, this goal is more possible than ever.
Note: Yes, SBI does utilize the digital asset XRP in a variety of ways, including as a bridge currency. They also embrace erc-20 tokens with their R3 Japan joint venture, but what stands out for me is, SBI mines Bitcoin (up to 3% of all BTC globally). So this was a powerful statement.
