#GirlsTakeover is back! Young leaders are stepping into the spaces where decisions are made. Brillante, 15, took over from @PlanRwandaCD for a day of leadership experience. A secondary school student aspiring to become a visionary leader, Brillante presented the 'Change Her Forecast' report at the Extended Country Management Team (ECMT) meeting and took on the Country Director’s daily responsibilities at the office. “Girls need opportunities to showcase their talents and skills. This builds their confidence and helps them believe they can become leaders too,” she remarked. @PlanRwandaCD also shared her leadership journey, from childhood to the present, highlighting that Brillante should believe in herself, as she is already a leader today and can become an excellent leader tomorrow. #IDG2026
