We use the immutability of blockchain to record the things that need to be recorded. We use the artifact to create a generalized, encrypted, decentralized storage and retrieval - and we create a few simple, compliant applications which sit on top and do some of the hoop jumping.
$PHL is pivoting. VPS and Cloud computing is still on our radar, however Artifacts have many uses. One such use, which we have begun to focus on is KYC and Contract Validation (also, Secure Document Storage and Retrieval)

1) A bug recently revealed itself that severely inflated supply. The chain was stopped and this bug was squashed. We rolled back to before the drop and performed a 1:1 chain swap. A small provision was made for the exchanges and that provision will be burned.
A working roadmap has been added to the $phl website. This is a living document that gives you all some insight as to where this project is going.
