“They specifically made a point to mention that animators and artists are a direct target for demonitization and FYP suppression” I have been PREACHING this. TikTok does not want originality or creativity regarding digital media, they want reused irl trends. (1/?)
There is an issue when it comes to TikTok's ability to communicate with transparency, consistency, and how they choose to treat their creators when something goes wrong. If you’re a VTuber, editor, animator, or content creator, I’d pay attention to this.

Media and content creators instead of trends involving bad music and even worse transitions from people who are quite literally following a guideline sent out by TikTok labeled as a “creator challenge” to make a piece of new music go viral. (3/?)

Like they literally create uninspired trends on purpose and purposefully only push those out to force people to follow if they want traction. TikTok was good once about pushing out actual quality content despite the media used but not anymore. I’ll just leave it at that for now.
