Time to make it do what I do this morning. It's an 8 lb. Boston Butt and I am during a fast cook today and shooting for a 5 hour Cook instead of 7 or 8 hours. I just put this on and now I am going to go eat breakfast I also just cooked. – at Suffolk, VA

I decided to grab a Green Tomato out of the Garden and Fry it for breakfast this morning. – at Portsmouth, VA

I just recently pulled these off the Smoker. They were a little time consuming trimming them up to fit into the Muffin Pans. I will give it another shot next week to see how I can improve them. Their nice juicy and with a bite thru skin which is really important to me in Competition. – at Suffolk, VA
