🚨 Payout Rejected After “Duplicate Profile” Flag
A trader @Pipsberg has raised concerns regarding a $237.90 payout rejection by @NYSMarkets.
According to the trader :
• Passed evaluation, paid activation fee amd they rejected payout saying dublicate profile, and when he
asked they have no proofs to provide
• Reason given: “Duplicate Profile Violation”
• NYS Markets says multiple client profiles were associated with the trader’s activity.
• The trader claims they were asked for evidence but no supporting proof was provided.
The key question is simple:
What evidence was used to determine that these profiles were operated by the same trader?
If the violation is confirmed, transparency matters.
If there is insufficient evidence, the trader deserves a clear explanation and a fair resolution.
We’re sharing this case to encourage transparency, accountability and fair treatment of traders.

@NYSMarkets market rejected payout saying due to dublicate account while they accepted that my rejected payout account is primary but I don't have any other account, when i asked amd raised issue for proof they are not responding since a week. Please help.
Now what they have done is removed the account from dashboard, i passed the account paid fee made profit thry didn't say anything until i request payout, @JeniferGomezNYS @pakothawani this is unacceptable i want my account and payout.
@NYSMarkets doing a scam i mentioned the issue MT5 a/c shows different name and now they rejected the payout saying i have multiple account while i have only one account and kyc approved. @JeniferGomezNYS also they removed account from dashboard with payout rejection
