Called @HawaiianAir 3 times to see if they can resolve the problem for us, but no one can help. We are very bummed and disappointed
However, @HawaiianAir didn't allow us to check in online because of some unknown errors that they didnt even know what it was. C
Fly @HawaiianAir back to LA today. Tried to check in 24 hours before in order to get the bulkhead seat since we are traveling with baby.
