Everyone says they want to win a CHAMPIONSHIP.
But to get there you have to love the grind, the practices, the training, the discomfort, the turmoil, the candid conversations, the drudgery, the growth.
YOU MUST EMBRACE THE CHALLENGES THAT LEAD TO CHAMPIONSHIPS!

HOW HIGH ARE YOUR STANDARDS?
Every team trains.
Every team lifts.
Every team conditions.
Every team practices.
It's not that you do those things.
It's at what STANDARDS
you do those things that
MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.

"We don't do that in our program."
"That's not good enough."
"We need more from you."
"We're better than that."
"You've got to step up."
"This can't happen."
When your athletes say these things
to their teammates, you've got:
- GREAT LEADERSHIP
- FULL ACCOUNTABILITY

Players coming off the bench. You can’t make the SAME mistakes as the kids ON the court when you come in a game. 3 things subs should know when coming in. 1-Individuals in foul trouble on opposing team. 2-How your opponent is guarding ball screens. 3-How your team is guarding.

WINNING requires sacrifices.
Are YOU willing to make them?
CHAMPIONSHIPS require grit.
Are YOU willing to grind?
IMPROVEMENT requires coaching.
Are YOU willing to be coached?
RESULTS require investment.
Are YOU willing to pay the price?

You're either committed to winning
or you're not.
We see it in your preparation.
We see it in your focus.
We see it in your intensity.
We see it in your resilience.
We see it in your leadership.
Or your lack thereof.
Your actions show your commitment to winning.
