Why I'm in on @TheMutualFun, no metaphors: Supply only goes down. 4,001 Seats, no mint function after the deadline, and merging two chairs burns one. Nothing dilutes you, ever. Every mint coin goes into the funds. 0.01 ETH a Seat, 100% to the five books. The team gets paid from fees, not from the mint. Nobody holds the keys. No owner, no upgrade path, no pause switch. Weekly functions can be called by anyone and pay a tip, so it runs whether the team shows up or not. The AMM always has enough TMF to buy back every Seat it holds. Fixed rate, both directions. That's a real bid under the floor, not a promise. And every 13 weeks, your fund votes on whether it even continues. Members can shut it down. The team can't stop them. Most projects ask you to trust the devs. This one is built so you don't have to.
