Ruto is a shrewed politician. He will ensure that Gachagua's case in the High Court is decided in Gachagua's favour meaning his impeachment is overturned. He will then look for elders to send to Gachagua witj 5B insisting that he must run for president. He will send similar amounts to Kalonzo, Matiangi and any other united opposition candidate that looks like they have some gravitas. The goal? To divide the united opposition. He will play Moi's game. Appeal to their individual greed and vanity. Should they fall for it, Kenyans will be fucked. If they can see through the tricks and still remain united, they may still have a chance. I don't want idiots who have not looked at opinion polls responding to this because they are political illiterates.

A Kenyan has just beaten Safaricom PLC in court and been awarded Sh1.4 billion.
And honestly, this case is disturbing.
Peter Nthei Muoki says he developed a child-wallet concept for M-Pesa and pitched it to Safaricom in 2021.
According to court documents, he was told it wasnβt workable. Then later, Safaricom rolled out a similar feature.
He sued.
And High Court Judge Josephine Wayua Wambua Mong'are ruled in his favour.
Safaricom has now been ordered to pay him Sh1.4 billion plus annual royalties.
Imagine being told your idea wonβt work, then later seeing it launched by one of the biggest companies in the country.
Thatβs the painful part.
Because, how many ordinary Kenyans have pitched ideas to powerful companies, been ignored, and watched those same ideas come back as products?
This case will make many innovators think twice.
