Took ourselves off to a tasting of a superb winery called Colombo, in Bubbio, Piemonte. They make fantastic Pinot Nero, especially their top PN - Maxima. And a lovely Chardonnay too. #Piemontewine #Colombowine #PinotNero

Day 5 of a suffocating fog blanket in the Alta Langa. I'm pumping Vit D into me like no tomorrow. This is the worst I've seen it in 6 years. Taking myself off to lunch to be fed and cheered up! 🤍🌫️🤞

Potting the leftover bulbs today from this spring & a few newbies to see what will happen next Spring. I find bulb planting really satisfying, & very much worth the wait. Next Spring will hopefully be delightful when all are in bloom.😃🌷🤞🤞💚 #bulbs #springbulbs
