Former Moscow government PR manager Konstantin Gaaze, who now lives in Israel, says that simply being Russian amounts to a crime and that Russians should eventually be held accountable for it.
“Having the citizenship of an aggressor state makes you an international criminal, an accomplice to a crime,” Gaaze told TBS. “You pay taxes, you participate in economic activity, you take part in all forms of economic activity which, within a country building a mobilisation economy, serve the war effort, you are committing a crime.”
