“Why do some British people dislike Donald Trump?” Nate White, an eloquent and witty English writer, gave this magnificent answer: Trump lacks certain qualities that the British traditionally value. He has no nobility, no charm, no composure, no gravitas, no compassion, no wit, no warmth, no wisdom, no subtlety, no sensitivity, no self-awareness, no humility, no honour, and no grace — qualities with which, strangely enough, his predecessor, Mr Obama, was abundantly blessed. Although Trump may be ridiculous, he has never said anything ironic, amusing, or even remotely funny — not once, ever. I do not mean this rhetorically. I mean it literally: never. To the British, a lack of humour is almost inhuman. But with Trump, it is a fact. He does not even seem to understand what a joke is. To him, a joke is a crude remark, an illiterate insult, an act of casual cruelty. Trump is like a troll: he never laughs or enjoys himself; he merely squeals with delight or derision. And the most frightening thing is that he does not merely utter crude and stupid insults: he actually means them. His mind is nothing more than a robotic algorithm of petty prejudices and instinctive malice. There is no irony in him, no complexity, no subtlety, no depth. Everything is superficial. What we see is a man without an inner world, without a soul. In Britain, we traditionally side with David, not Goliath. All our heroes are courageous underdogs: Robin Hood, Dick Whittington, Oliver Twist. Trump is neither courageous nor an underdog. He is the exact opposite. He is not even merely a spoiled rich boy or a greedy fat cat. He is more like a giant white slug, a privileged Jabba the Hutt. And, worse still, he is a bully. When he finds himself among other bullies, he suddenly becomes a whining lackey. He punches down — something a gentleman should never, could never, and must never do — and every blow he delivers is below the belt. He particularly enjoys attacking the vulnerable or the voiceless, and he kicks them when they are down. That is why the fact that a substantial minority — perhaps a third — of Americans watch what he does, listen to what he says, and then think, “Yes, he seems like my kind of guy,” is a source of bewilderment and profound distress to the British. After all, it is impossible to read a single tweet of his or hear him utter a sentence or two without staring into the abyss. He turns shallowness into an art form. He is the Picasso of pettiness, the Shakespeare of shit. His flaws are fractal: even his flaws have flaws, and so on to infinity. There have always been stupid people in the world, and villains have never been in short supply either. But rarely has stupidity been so evil, or evil so stupid. He makes Nixon seem trustworthy and George W. Bush seem intelligent. If Frankenstein had decided to create a monster composed entirely of human flaws, he would have created Trump, and the remorseful Dr Frankenstein would have cried out in despair, “My God, what have I created?” If an idiot were a television show, Trump would be the entire set.

BREAKING: YES! A federal judge drops the HAMMER on Trump and orders him to be deposed for his $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC over alleged defamation. This is the LAST thing in the world he wants... U.S. Magistrate Judge Enjoliqué Lett has ruled that Trump must be deposed by the BBC's attorneys — which, it should be noted, are some of the best-paid, most incisive, ruthless lawyers in the business — by December 11th. Given Trump's worsening dementia and pathological penchant for lying, it's safe to presume that they will tear him apart. If Trump refuses to be deposed by the deadline, he risks forfeiting the entire lawsuit. He was originally supposed to sit for the deposition on October 16th, but his attorneys informed the BBC that he was "no longer available" because he had to tend "other matters of national importance." Translation: He was scared. The suit in question revolves around patently absurd allegations of defamation stemming from the editing of a documentary about Trump's fascist efforts to overturn the 2020 election after he lost to Joe Biden. The case is clearly meritless, but Trump was hoping to use the powers of the presidency to harass and intimidate the BBC into agreeing to a settlement, like he has with other outlets. Thankfully, they're standing firm. Please ❤️ and share if you stand with the BBC!

BREAKING: GET HIM! Reporter Andrew Feinberg publicly humiliates Trump after he SNAPPED at him in the Oval Office and claimed to not know who he is. The dementia is undeniable now... "I had told him exactly who I was not five minutes before this exchange," Feinberg, a journalist for The Independent, wrote on X in response to a viral clip of Trump attacking him earlier today. "No, no, listen to you!" a dull-faced, visibly confused Trump says in the video, pointing at the reporter. "Hey! I'm not playing. You better— You better— I don't know who the hell you are but you better be careful." The inexplicable outburst had all of the hallmarks of a dementia patient lashing out in befuddlement. People suffering from this kind of cognitive decline often forget names and faces and end up angry, scared, and mean. You don't even have to do anything upsetting to set them off. Their own uncontrollable emotions do that. Tellingly, it wasn't the only bizarre moment during the Oval Office press conference today. Trump also went after Feinberg for asking a different harmless question and growled at him in a strange voice, calling him a "sick person." This President is clearly in free fall and the continued silence of the Republican Party is a damning indictment of their entire movement. These cowards are so addicted to power that they are going to let this man run the country into the ground as his brain melts out of his ears. Please ❤️ and share if you support invoking the 25th Amendment!

Our local radio station reported that there will be an increase in charges at a nearby crematorium. This is, they say, due to an increase in the cost of living. Some mistake surely?

Now be reasonable. Farage is far too busy feathering his own nest to be bothered with ordinary people called constituents! He’s a grand establishment person.
So hard to know if it is fake as it is spot on....... 🤣🤣

Surprising that anti-European Farage turns out to benefit from so many European connections.
A rare article in the French press about Laure Ferrari, the 🇫🇷woman behind Farage👇 How did she manage to buy their €1m Clacton house ? (the one Farage originally "misspoke" about having bought himself, before changing his mind and claiming she bought it alone 🤡) How did she pay for it ? "That's my business', she says, preferring to draw a veil of mystery over that" You bet she does 🤡

Andy Burnham looks like he might cancel the NHS England contract with Palantir, they also have one worth 2.5x as much with the MoD. RT if you want them both out of the UK.

So many so very unsuccessful attempts at running the UK as we’ve regularly changed Prime Ministers since leaving the EU, hoping that prosperity would return once again. Ignorant Brexitists called it Project Fear in 2016, but Project Dreadful Reality would be more appropriate.
