What does Mr Martin makes of the following lines from the Proclamation:

Some of these infants were only weeks old. Micheal Jones is also a re-offender having been convicted previously in 2008.

It recently came to light that Jeffrey George Ewert, a man convicted of the rape and murder of one woman and a choking attack on a 15-year-old girl for refusing his advances which rendered her quadriplegic, was enrolled in law school classes at McGill University.
In response to his being removed from the classroom pending a safety review, some McGill law students and alumni created a petition to bring him back into the classroom.
The Law Students' Association has backed the petition.
Clinical assessments determined that Jeffrey George Ewert's risk of reoffending is moderate to high.
He picked up his first victim while she was hitchhiking home from a bar. He strangled her unconscious, raped her, and then threw her body in a river.
Less than 6 weeks later he severely beat and strangled a 15-year-old girl for refusing his advances. He threw her body in a ditch and the girl was found alive the next day.
The girl has suffered blindness, severe brain damage, and quadriplegia from the vicious attack.
Ewert broke his parole conditions multiple times by viewing women’s profiles on social media, getting their phone numbers, starting discussions with them, and exploring a dating site without notifying his case management team.
He was reprimanded by the parole board in 2025 but the kooks who created and signed the petition still want him to be part of this human experiment with young female students.
Canadian judges are facilitating violent and dangerous males through two-tier judgments based on Gladue. Law students are being indoctrinated into advocating for this amoral and dangerous idiocy.

The dying Sun may tear the outer solar system apart far sooner than anyone expected.
New research in The Astrophysical Journal Letters suggests that once the Sun sheds its outer layers and collapses into a white dwarf, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune could be thrown into chaos in roughly a billion years—not the nearly eternal stretch of a quintillion years previously imagined. Earth will almost certainly be long gone by then, but the gas giants may not survive either.
Traditional models assumed the outer planets would quietly endure for eons until a random passing star finally disturbed them. Researchers Konstantin Batygin and Jim Fuller of Caltech, along with Fred Adams of the University of Michigan, found a more violent possibility: if the Sun loses mass in discrete bursts rather than a smooth wind, the planetary orbits can be destabilized relatively quickly.
“Everything changes when the envelope departs in pieces,” the authors wrote. In simulations of 672 burst-driven scenarios, up to 96% of the systems became unstable within 3 billion years after the Sun became a white dwarf. About 40% suffered disruption or violent scattering even earlier, before mass loss was finished. Some planets were ejected entirely; in others, Uranus and Neptune swapped places.
Gentler bursts sometimes locked planets into stable resonances that held for billions of years, but the overall picture is clear: the Sun’s death may not be a slow fade. It could be a comparatively rapid, chaotic upheaval that ends the orderly architecture of the outer solar system far sooner than once thought.

When the editor of the world’s most prestigious medical journal concluded that much of the clinical research it published could no longer be trusted, the problem was no longer abstract.
Marcia Angell, a pathologist who joined the New England Journal of Medicine staff in 1979, rose to executive editor and then served as interim editor-in-chief from 1999 to June 2000. She stepped down after more than two decades at the journal, formally to write a book. The deeper context was her growing conviction, formed from years of editing manuscripts, that pharmaceutical industry influence had compromised the independence of clinical research. She and previous editors had enforced strict conflict-of-interest rules, yet industry-sponsored studies continued to arrive with designs, analyses, and selective reporting that favored the sponsor’s product. Negative results were often suppressed, side effects minimized, and “academic” authors frequently carried undisclosed financial ties.

In 1992 a Cairo surgeon found a male contraceptive that worked on every man who wore it, and it was a scrap of polyester.
Ahmed Shafik ran the department of surgery at Cairo University. He took 14 healthy men and fitted each with a polyester sling to hold the testicles, worn day and night for a year and changed only when it needed a wash.
Between four and five months in, all 14 had no sperm at all. Zero. They stayed at zero for the rest of the year.
He took the slings off and waited. The counts came back, on average, about five months later. A biopsy at six months had shown the tubes that make sperm degenerating, and the damage was still visible half a year after the polyester came off.
He had already tried it on rats. In 1993 he dressed 75 of them in tiny trousers of cotton, wool, polyester or a polyester blend and left them in them for up to a year. The rats in polyester mated noticeably less often. The rats in wool carried on as rats do.
He tried dogs next. A dozen in polyester pants, a dozen in cotton, for two years. The cotton dogs were unchanged. The polyester dogs' counts fell, their abnormal sperm rose, and two of them still had not recovered a year later.
He measured the static the fabric built up as it rubbed against skin, and blamed that. Cotton built up none.
He published all of it, called the sling a safe and reversible method of contraception, and in 2016 was given an Ig Nobel Prize, the award for research that makes people laugh first and think afterwards.
Between 1973 and 2018, sperm counts across the world fell by more than half. Over the same years polyester went from a novelty to the most worn fibre on earth, 59% of everything spun in 2024, and now standard in sports underwear, gym shorts, bedsheets and the school uniform.
A surgeon put fourteen men in it and switched their fertility off like a tap.
