A treat ahead, then, for our travelling fans as Saturday’s FA Vase game against Barton will be played at Bottesford Town’s gaff. #BudgiesAtTheBellend
Club Statement.
On the 4th April 2026 at our last league game of the season against Beverley Town, Bottesford Town avoided relegation in a must win game.
Everybody was relieved and celebrated an emotional day but there was a casualty. The Bell End was ripped and it was touch and go whether we would ever get it up again.
First team Chairman Howard Pirie explains “The Taco Bell End flag divides opinion, some people see it as crass, unfunny and politically incorrect in this day and age, in hindsight it would have been an opportunity to tuck it away never to see the light of day again. I consulted with the committee and the wider ranging fanbase to see if it should be erected again, it was overwhelming the response i received and after some difficult operations and rehabilitation the Taco Bell End flag shall be proud again, special thanks to my wife for some clever stitch work, to Paul for his ring installation and to the fans for being patient during the down time”
