Every web3 brand should focus on finding a way to revenue, or they will simply die over time. We've seen it over and over. Brands that look shiny from the outside because of social followings and numbers, while behind the scenes they're struggling, knowing there are only a couple of months left. We launched in 2022, so we've been around to see our peers disappearing. It's sad. One pattern I've seen: they focus on too many things, and end up with a little bit of everything but nothing great. Nothing that turns them into a leader. A couple of months back we made the choice to fully focus as a team on one thing, and one thing alone, and become dangerously good at it. Soon you'll start to see the fruits of that labor. We're filmmaking with AI. We think that's what we can be best at, and we see a market opening up for us. So what do we actually make right now? - Micro episodes for socials, to build an audience around our characters and universe. - Short films, 5 to 15 minutes. - Our AI workflow. What used to take us $40k and 2 months, we now produce for around $2k in about a week. (We want quality as high or higher than before, so invest a lot in learning since this a new way of working, this is where we apply INNOVATION) And our game plan going forward is simple: - Release these on socials to build our audience, YouTube and Instagram as core. - Find partnerships in the AI space & Licensing industry. - Turn all the built-up attention into direct revenue streams from our own audience. (Through educative digital products, IP related products like merch etc) We're fixing our distribution and film production so we have an audience to monetize. And the AI industry is mega rich, so getting the right partners will help us with revenue. We'll fully focus on dominating this market first, to position ourselves smartly for the future. It's a growing market that is literally JUST getting started. A year from now, we want to be THE leading AI anime production franchise out there. That's a goal worth chasing, and one we believe will lead us to brand growth and finances. We're doing it all together with our holders. Building in the open, sharing the lessons and the progress, using the characters from our collectibles. Let's see where this next experiment takes us.
