New zones added to classic, expanded original zones, new dungeons, raids, 10 and 20 man raids. New skills/talents and race/class combos, SD/HD character toggles.
Year 1 of vanilla wow, and new stories in the future. But you will stay at 60 indefinitely. No racing ahead. Progress in new ways, new stories and new experiences.
This is essentially the playbook I wanted when I pushed for WoW Classic to a T. I talked about:
- Don't change WoW, don't go down the old expansion path. Keep it WoW, extend the world.
- Don't make 1-60 irrelevant, make it better, don't reset gear.
- Add new raids, bosses, dungeons and zones.
This is what I would have done it if I were still leading the WoW team.
I'm optimistic, but again, we won't know until 7 weeks.

new rules =
1. we will go around the horn first for 1-3 word answers before the debate - e.g. - Bullish or Bullshit, Sentiment Score, Over / Under, or What’s the Word?
this allows us to know off the bat who will be taking opposing sides of the argument and avoid too many agreeing responses in a row.
2. Timer is expanding to 90 seconds so there is a little more room to cook. after 90 seconds it goes red and goes negative so people can dunk on you for how far over you went.
3. No need to force a take on every topic. i will no longer go to everyone (except for the opening sentiment score or w/e) unless they have strong takes.
4. We want more disagreement, interruption, and genuine back-and-forth, and a little less polite turn-taking. I'll be moderating in a way that incentivizes that going forward.
I've got a dozen more changes written down, they'll be implemented over time until I'm satisfied with the product.
It's getting much better though, I recommend checking this week's episode out if you haven't in a while.
