Really disappointed with @nectar, got to till in Sainsbury’s, not able to use the points accumulated on my Xmas shop, had to pay and leave the store then call Nectar to be told it’s a nectar technical problem. All I got from the call handler was, ‘we are busy try shopping later’

Really @sainsburys - I keep saying it but who ever picks the food for shopping deliveries really needs to use common sense, don’t buy heavy things on soft things like bread - they get totally squished
Getting more frustrated with @sainsburys - order (that I already know has weirdly unavailable products) is now 45 minutes late. Phoned customer services who can’t get through to the store so is emailing them asking them to call me tomorrow! I’m due the delivery tonight!
Really @sainsburys ? Seriously there are no suitable substitutes for these items, I find that really hard to believe
I just wanted to say, had a fantastic booking experience with @British_Airways holidays over the last few days. It’s been a complicated trip to book, but Catherine has been totally awesome
Isn’t it ironic @asda @AsdaServiceTeam that as you ‘pride up’ your logo the actual staff in your stores don’t act inclusively. Asking our daughter where her mom is, making an assumption that she has a mother (she has two adoptive dads) is just out of touch with reality.
Especially disappointing as we have complained 5 times about the same thing in this store. It’s not just same sex parents that this effects, what if her mother had passed away? What if she’s living in one of the many other types of families now?

Three years ago @CelebrityCruise @CelebrityUK gifted us these bears on Reflection as we were on on last holiday before adopting our two awesome children. On Saturday we get go bring the bears ‘home’, this time to Edge along with our kids @celebrityedge

Awful customer service @KFC_UKI lower early. Stood at the till for 20 minutes and not even acknowledged by the staff. Walked out without ordering - they didn’t seem interested in my business – at South East, England
