Throw enough shit at the wall & some will stick. A great tactic to take down people who speak up against the establishment.
Don’t speak up or there will be a documentary asking for pissed off ex’s & 1 night stands to come forward & accuse you of rape
Anyone who thinks that goalkeeper should receive anything beyond a red card is just not speaking from any kindof experience in football. He’s a bit clumsy in his attempt to clear the ball but clearly he’s been asked to play a high line and intercept balls over the top etc
How many moves broke down when ball goes to Quansah. Some absolute Rolls Royce players in England team let down by the odd Nissan Micra
Funny how much value increases when you’re in the championship. Pretty obvious statement but I don’t feel Erhahon has done anything differently to last season. Also not convinced the step up is as huge as a lot of us feared.
Our hardest games this season will be games like tonight. Going away to a mid level Championship club, to play them under the lights. It’s a massive game for them, the fans will turn out in their numbers and the players will nearly always up thier game because of that.
A good comparison is a team like Alex Fergusons Man Utd coming to Upton Park on a Tuesday night to play us under the lights. We would always give them a game.
So picking up 3 points tonight is a good result. Bolton fought hard and make it difficult for us but we got the job done.
