Overall, just a few clarifying changes and a lot of spec reorganization, so we're definitely on the glide path to a 1.0.0 release!

STAC API Validator 0.3.0 is out! github.com/stac-utils/stac-a… The biggest change in this release is complete testing of the Collections and Features conformance classes. Next up is adding better testing of the numerous extensions.

For 0.3.0, I'm hoping to have validation for the Sort and Fields Extensions, the Collections conformance class (of which there is already partial support), and incorporate some stac-check validation
