On a typical day this week, for example, California’s grid operator anticipates California will use only 74% of available power. And that’s on an unusually hot summer day.
This bill is a strong step forward for lowering energy costs for all Californians and @DeployAction encourages Gov. Newsom to sign it into law. This legislation requires utilities to prove Californians are using what they already paid for before building more, and to bring on
additional capacity at a lower cost.
