Have not posted in a while. Giving an update. Closed on home inspection business with down payment and seller financing. Been doing ride alongs for the past 2 weeks with Sam, who will be running operations for at least the next year. Super fun and excited, learning so much, that will benefit me outside of just this business. Will probably take a full month before I am good to go out on my own, and once I hit that point, my main focus will be pushed on scaling/growing the business with add on services, marketing, and paid marketing. Have to watch my cash flow, since Q4 will start to ramp up with the ecommerce side of things, getting on more calls with my bookeeper to help track how much I can keep spending on inventory and on investments. Crazy Year so far, bought 2 businesses, brought on 2 full time employees, bought a house, will double my revenue from last year easily.

Haven't posted in a while, wanted to give a quick update. I will close on the Home Inspection Business this Monday the 12th. Been doing ride alongs this week, so much to learn and honestly, this education and experience will help me so much outside of just business. Back in the swing of working 12-14 hour days because of the learning curve, cannot wait till I have the home inspection business down pat, and have other inspectors running jobs, while I can focus on growing the online/marketing side of the business. Amazon is still doing great and we are placing larger and larger orders. Also doing a lot more larger B2B direct orders, basically countrywide arbitrage at a large level. mid 5 figure to 6 figure orders and I am making a very small percentage, but it costs me maybe an hour to set it up. I will try to be posting more, but I am just crazy busy during the day, and then around 4-6, I get done with home inspections and then I get to my computer to catch up on amazon, and then around 8-9pm, I get to do some catch up on stuff that is not as urgent and stuff I forget about.

Already got a great hard worker for my home inspection business, closing on the business first week of october. Super excited to turn on and turn up on the online marketing side, since there is nothing. Cannot wait for the sleepless/3-4 am nights of learning and setting up systems.

Had a friend mention factor meals. Not sure if you guys have experience, but would love to hear. I tried factor meals once, and it was just like slop, and never tried it since, and for times sake everyday now I will eat chipotle bowl. But I will be trying out factor meals again, since my buddy said they changed something and it tastes a lot better, honestly have been waiting for a food company to actually taste good, because it would save me so much more time if I can just heat it up and it is right at my office and home. Let me know if you guys have tried factor meals.

Was reminded recently, how important your environment /people around you is. Something big happened, and was with someone I wouldn't even of thought would ever happen, yet it was a complete betrayal. Only thing to do, as hard as it is, is to distance and cut that out, if someone does you wrong, don't just forget about it, remember it and don't become naive, and distance and cut them out. Hate to do it, but cut out "poison" that was putting me down and dragging me through the mud, has to be done, but to improve your life and to keep leveling up, it will only hurt you in the long run to have these types of people around you. Been crazy busy, and will be a crazy rest of year. Moving into a warehouse the 21st Closing on another business the 29th Just bought a electric forklift and box truck. Just got a new supplier, where I am dropping 100k POs every other week and making 2.5% cash back on. Very exciting things happening, and will keep me super busy, that gets me really excited. Love the idea of me having to work on new things or systems till 4 in the morning like I used to. I am about 75% hands off from amazon, and about 85% hands off with my fitness distribution business. Cannot wait for everything to happen!

Networking has an infinite ROI. A guy I met at Alex Hormozi's event, Josh from Germany, got a long and now in a whats app group, where we follow up and hold accountability to each other . Literally spends 6 figures a month just on ads and says that he will show me anytime how and what he runs. He also just moved to a crazy beautiful place in Switzerland, and let me know that I am welcome to be his guest anytime if I travel there. Absolutely insane connection, just talk to people and get out there. The ROI is immeasurable .

Moving into a new warehouse in the next couple of weeks. 2500 square feet with high ceiling height, will be able to get pallet racks and stack tall in there. Paying a little above a dollar a square foot, so right around $2600 not including electric. Insulated as well, with the heat nowadays, the warehouse can get very hot. Very excited. Also bringing on a new kid, starting tuesday!

Buying and closing on a business this month. Basic Numbers 50K down 100k, financed over next 3 years at 7 percent interest. I honestly could've probably fought for a lower down payment, but I have the money and I also wanted to make the seller feel safer that I had more skin in the game. But you can easily put down lower down payments and seller finance the rest. Absolutely love the idea of just putting down a small downpayment and then seller finance the rest (Have the business profits pay for finance!)

Just got my offer accepted on a business that I have been looking into. Closing September 26th. Super Excited. Miss the busy, stressful nights, staying up late. Small business, but will keep me busy and I believe a lot of potential as well. I can also test myself with the skills and experience I have gained as an entrepreneur. Will keep posting about it, as I genuinely enjoy talking about it.

Every business owner NEEDS a virtual assistant! Absolute No-Brainer Insanely cheaper and harder working than the average. Go on onlinejobs.ph or fiverr or upwork, they are a game changer. My VAs do any online work, such as admin work, repricing, claims, returns, lost items, customer service, and more.

My next big thing I am working on is finding a local service based business with an old guy looking to retire. Currently in the process of due diligence for a small business deal. Super excited, will let you guys know if it goes through! I will probably make a short video explaining , why I was looking for it, and how the whole process went.

1 Thing I would tell myself back then... JUST DON'T STOP Crazy how simple it sounds but people cannot stick with something longer than a year. Seen too many people give up after such a short period.

I have made $25,000 in credit card cash back this YEAR! Let that sink in. If you learn a little about credit cards and use the benefits fully. It is crazy. Also non-taxable. Let me know what you guys have learned or if anyone has some small tips or tricks on credit cards. But I think the main thing is just to know what give the most cash back percentage back in what categories, and then just maxxing out those categories on those cards. You can also leverage credit cards with 0% APR to fund your business if need be as well. Just don't spend more than you can pay back! And calculate your risks!

At my last warehouse I had a mattress on the floor of my office and would literally sleep there overnight when it was busy. Stuff like this kept me motivated, because I knew I was giving it my all, and knew I was literally going to try my absolute hardest to not fail. If you keep trying and learning every day, it is unreasonable to fail.

Cannot talk about how much just joining coaching programs and paid communities have helped me. Still pay for some to this day!! Drives me crazy when people call it a scam, if it truly was a scam, it was your fault for even paying for it without doing the research in the first place!
