Wind!! 1 child videoing and 2 excited dogs what could go wrong. 4 years ago the best litter we’ve bred were born. We’ve had photos and videos from retired litter mates 1 sunning herself on the Isle of wight and iceman on a steam train 🤣😂. Happy bday the top gun litter
The amount of mistakes just in this beggars belief. SOMEONE has actually been paid for this. It’s an insult and the GBGB are becoming a bigger insult to all of us by the day. I’m gonna blow soon

This important study showed that creatine supplementation can reduce post-workout fatigue by reducing the supraspinal CNS fatigue caused by inflammatory mediators produced in response to the presence of muscle damage. This would allow damaged muscle to be more readily activated during maximal efforts in subsequent workouts.
Cracking win for the boy yesterday, massive team effort from all…. But we go again today, Keeley off trialling I was up at 3.45 to get down here for a weekend of CPD training. #crocodikedundeeintgecity

Creatine supplementation appears to accelerate recovery from post-workout fatigue by acting on the secondary muscle damage effect. This suggests that it works by an anti-inflammatory or anti-oxidant mechanism. Typically, interfering with the muscle damage repair process is not a great idea, since it can impair future muscle fiber adaptations. Whether this happens with creatine is unclear, however.
She holds it all together, gives the kids and dogs all they need and more and has put up with me for almost 10 years 😘
Happy Birthday @Keeley217031

Severe caloric restriction causes a dramatic reduction in muscle glycogen, which could then trigger fatigue mechanisms like supraspinal CNS fatigue and excitation-contraction coupling during exercise, reducing adaptations from workouts.
100% we should be utilising AI in lots of aspects of the sport
Interesting report on British greyhound racing. Some very interesting data. Personally I welcome it and it should be used to drive welfare and standards further.

The team at home did a fantastic job with the greyhounds weekend as we headed to the new forest to run the non ped whippet derby. Huge job Keeley and Holly did and entertainment organising 2 days of racing for over 130 dogs. Supreme final 25lb winner ‘she’s perfect’ 💪🏻
When you’re Avongate Venus motherhood has to be done to gold standard. 4 days old and she’s a superstar mum

Sleep loss is known to affect workout performance negatively. It does this by increasing pain sensitivity, which reduces our ability to produce maximum levels of motor unit recruitment by reducing the maximum tolerable perception of effort.

Acidosis is a metabolite-related fatigue mechanism. Exercise training can reduce the rate at which acidosis develops by a variety of adaptations. One such adaptation is an increase in extracellular (outside the muscle fiber) buffering capacity.
