I dislike that I have to binge watch Cyberpunk Edgerunners season 2 all bc Netflix refuses to stop releasing every episode at once, and everyone online spoiling *EVERYTHING* asap. The hype fizzles out quickly too
Weekly releases will always be better than the abysmal binge model

I was a teacher before law school. I couldn’t convince teenagers to wear deodorant. The idea that teachers are convincing kids that they should get sex changes is utterly ludicrous.

Both prequels specialize in making the viewer dread the day the protagonists turn into the worst versions of themselves. We are aware that one day Jimmy turns into a criminal, and John turns into Mark Wahlberg

This is probably my favourite character beat from the entirety of Watchmen. Dan has been taking Rorschach's shit the whole story and blows up at him... and Rorschach apologises and acknowledges it's hard being his friend but he does care about Dan as a friend.

This was Castlevania’s art style for a very specific period that lasted for like 6 years. I think it’s undoubtedly the best the art for Castlevania has ever looked but it’s not integral to the series or anything.
Reception for KONAMI’s redemption tour has been largely positive. A lot of it comes down to the fact that they’ve observably let creators put their unique spin on their IPs.
Even if this statement was cynical, they have walked the talk. A shockingly competent redemption tour.
Konami president Hayakawa believes AI “won’t bring a significant change” to the game market. “Humans” and “creators” are crucial for developing innovative games

Devotion truly is about its namesake. A man’s devotion to his faith. A wife’s devotion to her husband. A daughter’s devotion to her father. All of which are downstream from a society’s devotion to its norms.
Also the man’s faith is fucking stupid. What a moron.
