$SPY $QQQ $CRWV $NVDA RUMORS OF VARA BLOWING UP 🧨 Background from GOOGLE: VARA is that Princeton AI fund that went nuclear after launching the long/short book in early 25 Hoskin and Field, pure “transformative AI” infra/power/semis, ballooned to $20B flagship and total firm $26B by mid-year. Crushed it through June (nearly +200%) then got smoked -44% in July on the crowded unwind with Situational Awareness 👀 🍌Opinions, same names as Leopold everywhere: CRWV, BE, IREN, etc., supposedly since then their Assets Under Management AUM has been shrinking 👎 “VARA blew up” rumor is just the next layer of an already stressed AI trade🤦‍♂️. These guys were piled into the exact same stuff. When one big levered long has to degross the names get dumped whether the demand story changed or not. Honestly the price action looked like some fund got carted out, now there’s smoke 💨 where there was fire 🔥 I LIKE BLOWUPS ON DUMB FUNDS IT IFTEN MARKS LOCAL BOTTOMS!!! 🤔 $CRWV is the poster child, getting absolutely crushed down near the $60 lows with volume exploding. That looks like forced selling flushing out the weak hands after the prior base failed. Banana325SMA and the longer averages still overhead for now, RSI deeply oversold, MACD ugly but stretched. Classic “everyone watching, nobody in” setup 👀 Same vibe across the AI infrastructure complex as well. July was our earlier preview. Demand hasn’t disappeared hyperscalers still can’t get enough capacity and the buildout continues. This is positioning pain, not a thesis break. Technicals need to hold these lows and start reclaiming structure. If the forced selling exhausts, first magnet is back toward Tuesday’s prior zones. Lose the lows on heavy volume and more pain until real buyers step up. AI thesis is still intact!! Not financial advice! Much love! 💜🍌🍌🍌

$NBIS getting dragged down with $CRWV and all the FUD going around. We are still compute constrained and $NBIS is doing deals at $30-50M per MW, they're going to beat Q3 earnings, raise year end ARR and do at least $15B revs in 2027 which means the stock is now trading at 3x CY2027 ev/revs. $NBIS is pulling back to an important technical level which is the 50w sma and the .618 fibs from February lows... decent chance we see a bounce in the low $160s
Today you can buy $NBIS at 8x NTM revs based off these sell side estimates for the next 4-5 quarters… fwiw, I think they’ll beat these numbers by at least 20-30% which means $NBIS is trading at ~4x 2027 revs and ~2x 2028 revs… both of which don’t include their stakes in AVride or Clickhouse

Very few people on X remain rational and continue to share quality insights and constructive feedback when everyone else is panicking. Those are the people worth following. The rest are simply amplifying the noise.

Weak hands rarely build wealth. 💎 Selloffs create opportunities, but only if you have the conviction to execute your plan and the discipline to stick with it regardless of short-term price action.

Retail behavior when it comes to Investing.
Typical behavior during drawdowns that repeat 🔁. 1) You invest in a company believing in the market and expecting your investments to grow over time. 2) Market drops for any given reason unrelated to your investment- Fear and panic overtakes your initial confidence resulting in emotional decisions. 3) Fear kicks in and you close your investment with a loss. 4) Within a short period same investment makes a reversal and hits higher highs. Take home lessons- Investing is a test of patience and conviction. Focus on fundamentals, understand the risks, and keep your long-term goals in perspective.
